Pressure Switches 800125-3

The part is probably the correct one for our very old hottub however we have not been able to make it work properly. Initially when installed, when we pushed the switch for jet flow, it tripped the breaker. Changed the wiring but switch will not trip the hold button so only works if manually holding it down. We need to do more investigative work to make it functional. Help would be appreciated. .
