Hot Tub Supplies offers free standard shipping on orders being delivered in Canada with a subtotal of $99.00 or greater, before applicable taxes. Hot Tub Supplies will determine the best standard shipping carrier for each free shipping order, and most orders ship next day or faster. Orders under $99.00 will pay shipping and applicable taxes. Shipping fees vary by product and shipping location, and shipping fees are non-refundable. We do not ship orders over $799 to the USA due to duties. ****** Free shipping is for all orders over $99 however this does not include the purchase of Hot Tubs and Fire Pits. Extra shipping will be applied to these orders. Coupon Codes are also not applicable to sales of Fire Pits and Hot Tubs.

When Will My Order Ship?

Orders placed before 12:30pm PST British Columbia Canada time typically ship within 24-48 hours during business days. You will receive an email with a tracking number when your ordered item ships.

 

How Do I Track My Shipment? 

Once your order has shipped the shipping company and a tracking number will be included in your Shipping Confirmation email.

 

Are There Any Shipping Restrictions?

HTO’s standard shipping rates will be calculated at checkout unless otherwise specified.

 

 

How Is My Order Shipped?

Orders are shipped via Canada Post, CANPAR, Purolator or UPS. Some larger items must be shipped using a freight courier service.
