Plug and play.

Worked perfectly, little smaller than the one that came with my hot tub. But covered the hole that was cut out and controls are the exact same.
Killed the power. Took out the old one. Fed the wire in for this one. Plugged it in. Put the assembly back together and turned the tub back in. Very easy fix and required only a screwdriver, side cutters and a couple zip ties to keep the lines tidy and organized.
